Ryan Gilliam is a candidate for the Virginia Beach City Council District One seat representing the Kempsville section of our city.

A husband, father and United States Marine, Ryan carries on the proud USMC tradition of serving our Country, our Commonwealth and his neighbors as President of the Brigadoon Civic League.
